At Taimar Hotel we are aware that the whole world is in an unusual situation and that we must set ourselves new challenges and ways of doing things.

We have decided to carry out a series of measures that involve all those who work in the establishment: staff, customers, vendors…

For this, of course, we have contacted the health authorities and specialized organizations in our environment in order to be as effective as possible in these measures, which we will try to implement in the most intuitive way possible, so they do not become an additional disorder in the normal development of our clients ‘stay.

We have reflected all of this in our action plan:

Common areas and reception
Mask use is mandatory in all common areas of the hotel, with exceptions that will be reported.
There are hydroalcoholic gel dispensers throughout the common areas. We suggest its frequent use.
The sunbeds area has enough space to keep the advisable distance and the staff take care that this is the case.
The edges of the pool are regularly disinfected.
In the entrance of the reception, you will find a disinfectant carpet for the footwear.
The receptionist will regulate the turn of influx in the reception desk.
The cards that we provide you have been disinfected one by one.
The payment must be, if possible, by credit card.
Check-in must be done online preferably.

We have increased the cleaning measures in the diary processes
Between a check-out and a check-in the rooms keep open the necessary time for its total ventilation and we try not to occupy the same room again in at least 48 hours.
All the elements are disinfected, paying attention to utensils such as taps, hangers, night lamps…
The amenities kit has disinfectant towels.
We have an external laundry service that complies with all general and specific regulations to ensure proper disinfection of all clothing.
A room has been set up and remains permanently ready in case that is necessary to proceed to insolation.

Bars and restaurants
Hydroalcoholic gel use is mandatory in the entrance.
Masks are mandatory for walking through the bar and restaurant spaces, excepting when you are seat and proceeding to the intake of food or drinks. If the customer forgot it, we would provide one.
Most of the starters in the buffet are presented in individual portions. And for those that have to be grasped with food tongs, customers have in their table an individual food tongs for their own use.
Main dishes are chosen from a menu and served in the table.

Our staff have received specific
Our staff has received specific training from a recognized company for these functions.
They are obligated to wash their hands every half an hour and are insisted every day in taking care of the necessary hygienic habits.
The fingerprint recognition hotel staff access control has been replaced by a facial recognition.
Our receptionists know what number to call and the procedure to follow in case of any incident.
